Case Manager
Support adults with developmental/learning disabilities in developing and maintaining independent living skills. Collaborate with leadership, case managers, and support staff to fully support the program’s clients.
Employment Program Assistant
Support Moving Forward employment program. Provide small-group job training for residents. Assist residents with community-integrated supported employment or volunteer work sites. Collaborate with community employers, employees, individuals, and other supported employment program staff.
Job Coach
Work with residents supported by Moving Forward in their workplace to learn the skills to be successful on the job, such as learning the job, developing awareness of natural supports available in the workplace, and any other skills for successful employment.
